  • Full payment must be made before the tour date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the tour date will be charged 50% of the total amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.

Tour Policies and Safety Regulations

  • All participants must follow the safety instructions given by the tour guides.

  • We are not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings during the tour.

  • Pregnant women, people with back or heart conditions, and individuals with other serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking the tour.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

  • If a tour is canceled due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

  • Desert Safari Tours UAE is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or governmental regulations.
